Federal Forklift Safety Poster

Every employer using industrial trucks or tow tractors must post and enforce a set of operating rules, and this federal forklift safety poster states them plainly. Only drivers authorized by the employer and trained in the safe operation of industrial trucks may operate them, and employers must devise methods to train operators properly. Stunt driving and horseplay are prohibited. No riders are permitted on vehicles unless adequate riding facilities are provided, and employees must never ride on the forks of lift trucks or place any part of the body outside the running lines of the truck. The poster also reinforces safe travel, load handling, and parking practices that keep pedestrians and operators safe in warehouses, yards, and manufacturing plants. Post it where forklifts operate and where operators check in. POSTER INFO: Laminated on both sides and printed in high quality full color. Size: 24 x 39 inches.
