Lockout Tagout Safety Poster

This required poster contains information on standard Lockout/Tagout procedures meant to protect maintenance and other workers from harm while performing servicing and maintenance on machinery.  These procedures will assist in protecting the maintenance worker from unexpected startups or releases of stored energy.

WHERE USED:

• In any work place where maintenance of tools or machinery occurs.

POSTER INFO:

• Laminated on both sides and printed

Unexpected startup and stored energy injure workers every year during servicing and maintenance. This poster covers the core of a lockout/tagout program: shut the equipment down, isolate every energy source, apply locks and tags, verify zero energy before starting work, and only remove a lock when the work is complete and the area is clear. Post it in maintenance shops, near machinery, and anywhere servicing work takes place.
