Violence Free Workplace Poster

Violence-free workplace posters inform employees about workplace violence policies, prevention measures, and reporting procedures, and they do it in a way that reinforces a company commitment to a zero-tolerance policy against violence and harassment. This violence free workplace poster covers the components of a serious prevention program: defining unacceptable behavior, educating employees, training staff, assisting workers who report concerns, and enforcing the policy consistently. Many employers must also comply with OSHA workplace safety expectations around violence prevention, and a posted policy helps protect the business from liability issues related to workplace violence. The poster suits businesses implementing a drug, alcohol, and violence-free workplace program, including manufacturing, transporting, agriculture, construction, mining, drilling, and landscaping operations. POSTER INFO: Laminated on both sides and printed in high quality full color. Size: 24 x 39 inches.
